1. General Refund Policy Overview

All purchases of our services, digital products, and third-party products are subject to the terms outlined below. Refund eligibility varies by product and service category.

2. Services (Energy Readings, Quantum Energy Healings, Reiki Sessions, and Spiritual Coaching)
  • Appointment Requirement: Services must be booked at least 24-84 hours in advance.

  • Final Sale Policy: Appointments are considered final sale 24 hours after booking. No refunds will be issued after this time.

3. Digital Products (Spiritual Reports)
  • Delivery Timeline: Reports will be delivered within one week of order.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be requested within 84 hours of purchase. All sales are final after this period.

4. Non-Refundable Digital Products (Spiritual Classes, Business Products, and Spiritual Rituals)
  • Immediate Access Policy: Due to the nature of these products, they are delivered immediately upon purchase and are non-refundable.

5. Third-Party Products (Feel Good Products)
  • Return and Exchange Policy: Products fulfilled by third-party services are unique and produced upon order. Returns and exchanges are not supported for issues such as ordering the wrong size, color, or changing your mind.

  • Damaged or Manufacturing Errors:

    • Eligibility for Refund or Reprint: If you receive a damaged product or if there is a manufacturing error, you may be eligible for a free reprint or refund. Contact us within 30 days of product delivery with a clear photo of the issue via our “Submit Issue” form.

    • Refunds and Account Balance: Refunds are issued to your account balance and can be withdrawn to your original payment method. For non-USD currencies, refunds will be returned directly to the original payment source.

    • Additional Photo Requirements: If multiple products are affected, an additional photo or video showing all affected items may be required.

    • Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds or reprints will not be offered for issues related to ordering the wrong size, color, or minor variations in print placement within 0.5".

6. Digital Courses (Roadmap Exclusive Business Course)
  • 3-Day Buyer’s Remorse Period: You may request a refund within 3 calendar days of purchase if you are dissatisfied, subject to the following conditions:

    • Refund Request Timing: Requests must be made within 3 days of the original purchase date.

    • Proof of Purchase: Valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email, is required.

    • Usage Limit: Refunds will not be granted if the product has been accessed, downloaded, or used more than 3 times within the 3-day period.

    • Non-Refundable Circumstances: After the 3-day period, all sales are final.
